This lake front condominium is a roomy unit that features a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom with complete kitchen and dining area.  The unit sleeps 4-5 people comfortably.  The unit has been completely renovated including all new furnishings.

The living / family room has all the amenities of home including cable TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo and a fireplace.  Step through the sliding glass doors and you walk into  a fully enclosed all seasons porch.

The porch includes a great sitting area as well as sleep area.  The porch looks directly at Lake George.  Included in the room is a futon along with a table and chairs.  This is the perfect spot to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late night card game.  Finally, you can fall asleep looking at the lake.

The kitchen includes all the amenities to make your stay convenient, as well as comfortable.  The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposer, along with all other neccessary utensils to meet your needs.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled.  This room includes a shower/bathtub unit.

The bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds.  The bedroom also includes a cable TV with a VCR/DVD player.

BEDDING INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED.  EACH BED INCLUDES PILLOWS AND A COMFORTER BUT RENTERS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS.  THIS UNIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING BEDS: 

•          Queen bed and two single bunk beds in the main bedroom
•          Double pull-out bed in the living room

CAR PARKING INFORMATION

Each unit has their own carport assigned for your use.  There is also an additional guest spot available.

OUTSIDE STORAGE

There is an outside storage closet for each unit.  This is provided for renters outside gear, ie. Charcoal, wood, pool/lake gear, etc.
